Ingrid Cordero

Ingrid Cordero is an artist, designer and open knowledge activist from Costa Rica. Her work emerges from an exploration of fabric as a plastic instrument and functional object, interested in education and participative processes. Founder of Frau Lamb, a contemporary slow fashion label that promotes education as activism. The project brings an itinerant and experimental open knowledge system that seeks to empower people through D.I.Y principles, sewing and workshops.
She is running a collaborative art and design platform in Panama City called LUPA since 2015. This is a project developed by hand with Diablo Rosso , a creative think tank group that supports and promotes young artistic talent since 2006.
